Sabre Holds 2011 Soldiers’ Angels Fall Drive

November 28, 2011

During the month of November, Sabre will be coordinating its 2011 Soldiers’ Angels Spring Drive in which employees, family members and friends can donate care package items and letters for deployed service men and women.

Donations will be sent to Soldiers’ Angels, a volunteer-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization whose mission is to provide aid and comfort to the men and women of the United States Army, Marines, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, veterans and their families.

About the organization
Founded by Patti Patton-Bader, the mother of two American soldiers, Soldiers’ Angels was established out of concern for deployed soldiers who did not receive mail or support from home. “May No Soldier Go Unloved,” encapsulates the motivation behind Soldiers’ Angels. By working together with a common vision of service, the volunteers of Soldiers’ Angels continue to make a visible difference in the lives of veterans, the wounded, deployed service members, and their families.

Soldiers’ Angels has many programs it coordinates including one in which participants can adopt a deployed hero. For more information, please visit http://soldiersangels.org/join-or-adopt.html
