Sabre Forms JV with i3 to Pursue Opportunity Supporting CNIT Program

Sabre Systems, Inc. has partnered with Integration Innovation, Inc. (i3), a technical and business support services company headquartered in Huntsville, Ala., to form a Joint Venture (JV), for the purpose of pursuing and executing performance within the Counter Networks and Illicit Trafficking (CNIT) program.

CNIT is sponsored by the Department of the Navy (DoN) Operations Integration Group (OIG), and is supported under a Memorandum of Agreement with the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) Program Office, which is located within Air 4.5 CNIT. Sabre and i3 each bring unique, complementary mission-specific capabilities and successful prior performance to support multiple projects coordinated by the Office of the Deputy Undersecretary of Defense for Counter-Narcoterrorism and Global Threats (DASD CN+GT), and managed by Air 4.5 for the Counter-Narcoterrorism Technology Program Office (CNTPO).

Sabre will perform as managing partner for the JV which, in partnership with a team of specialized subcontractors, will be developing a proposal for services in response to the CNIT Program Office solicitation described within the NAVAIRSYSCOM Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) of Sept. 13, 2011, N68335-11-R-0081, (further described on FedBizOpps).

JV offices will be strategically located worldwide with the central JV PMO located in Lexington Park, Md., in close proximity to the CNIT PMO at NAS Patuxent River, Md.
