Brian Harper Appointed as Senior Executive Director Operations

Sabre is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr. Brian Harper to serve as Senior Executive Director Operations. Mr. Harper will be responsible for managing large and complex U.S. Navy and federal civilian programs for the company.

Harper brings extensive experience in the defense industry as a senior consultant managing various programs within Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and other government agencies.
